I entered the ER in extreme pain. I couldn't breath or speak because of it. In one day Dr. Phan discovered and resolved a kidney injury and enlarged spleen. By the time of my release my kidneys were functioning normally and he had found an Oncologist/Hematologist who created a plan to treat my spleen within the week. He prescribed a treatment and meds that have me feeling better than I have in years. I couldn't be more relieved to have his help. He is kind, he listened to me for as long as I needed and I know he cares.

I think she is a great doctor. Being going to her for years. She makes sure I get all my required tests done and monitors all my blood work and medications. She listens very well and is concerned about making sure everything is okay with you physically and mentally. I am very happy with her care and will continue to go to her. I'm 65. She is busy and wait times a little long is because everyone loves as she listens to you. They want her as their doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Phan by one of my coworkers a number a years ago when a cold of mine was getting worse, instead of better. They were able to get me in quickly and determine it was bronchitis, trying to become pneumonia. The quick treatment got me back on the right track, and since I didn't have a Primary doc at the time, he became mine. The office staff is always nice and helpful. Very little wait time. He talks to you like a Real person, not just another 'patient'. He takes as much time as needed to tell you what is g... read more

Dr. Loa has been my PCP for only a year, she’s great and thorough during her exam but unfortunately her staff is very incompetent and inefficient. I just moved to Hawaii for work and I started feeling the same symptoms I had when I last saw her. I called her for my previous test results since they never called me about it , her assistant told me I need an appointment. I explained my relocation and she said Dr. Loa will call me back. 2-3 weeks have passed and there’s no phone call so I called again, and again her assistant sa... read more

This was my phone visit to go over my blood work. Dr. Nina called my home right on time to go over issues that I have and she was very learned as I am and went over my new meds. Dr. Nina was very polite as we discussed some possible serious issues but kept me calm. I’m also picking up referrals less than 24 hours after our Chet to see other Doctors for my issues. Thank-You again for their professionalism.

My first visit with Dr. Chan was very positive. He spent nearly 30 minutes with me and went over all of my issues and at 70 years old I have a few. The office is very clean and spotless. The receptionist was friendly. The very next day I received a call and already have two referrals to specialists. I noticed a couple of photos of dirty areas and a couple of posts about unprofessionalism . I have to disagree and will say this is a top notch Doctor and employees/nurses.

Those who praised this doctor are lying thru teeth. Got to be the worst doctor in southern calif. How did he passed medical school and exams. Oh yeah Taiwan medical school. Save yourself grief..avoid this doctor. Btw I didnt see a doctor Nina there. He had this fake smile whenever the patient leaves the room with him so other patients think he's so nice. The phone system doesnt answer at all (messages full) because he's getting all the negative comments so the phone system is left like that.

Dr. Perez is the most dishonest pediatrician we have seen. He spend limited time with your child yet falsely writes and bills that they have performed many exams which they never actually performed, they are there to just get you in and out but bill, bill bill.... save your time, there are many more friendlier and honest doctors out there who spend the time to actually examine your child every time, rather than just falsely right it on the chart as done...
