Purchased 4 pair of shoes! Foreign operator could not understand me, could not give me purchase price before asking for my credit card, put me on hold numerous times, and would not honor their own add. The Black Friday ad said 30% off plus another 10% off. If you gave email address for first time orders, another 10% off was offered. I even took pic of ad. The whole experience took almost an hour and they would not honor their own ad!! Incompetence + frustration + wasted time = unhappy customer!
I think I got mens shoes. very poorly made and should be Dr not comfort! My velcro Avia are better made at $30.
My shoes came without insoles !
Sure would be nice if you'd stand behind your 460 dollar medicaid shoes. Mine are glued together with gorilla glue after 6 months of use. You refuse to do anything. I have 3 months before I can get another pair of shoes. They won't be from Dr. Comfort, that's for sure. Rip off!
get some Customer Service that you can understand. tried 4 times to talk to someone and now going to a different company
shoes are falling aprt after 3-4- weeks wearing them. called i can get a repalcement after I send them back for them to evaluate. Or I can place a order for another pair and send the original pair back for evaluation and hope to get credit. Should have known better when the first pair failed and of course not under warrenty!!
