I must say that I fell in love with the diabetic socks that's for men or women. That's all I wear now. In my bathroom I have tile and carpet. There is a metal strip to separate the two. There was a little metal stud poking up. I turned around and my sock got caught on it. I do believe that the material of the sock kept it from ripping and causing me to hit something hard, except the floor, as I fell. NEVER RECIEVED THEM. CALLED TODAY THEY HAVE NO NUMBERS TO MATCH MINE.
These are new. Within 3 weeks the soles are coming unglued. He is an amputee and this caused him to trip the first time when then unglued part got caught onto the carpet. Next shoes came unglued and he felt it while getting into the car. This is not a well made shoe especially for an amputee diabetic. He needs a shoe with depth and there are only 3 choices. This one was the best looking but found out to be the worst made. No recommendations from us to purchase them.
when you buy a pair of shoes with elistic strings when they break you can not get another pair of strings from the store were you bought them
poor return policy. a pair of sandals sent back after 4 months of use because sole separated. was told no refund because of "use". I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes were highly recommended. I was a loyal customer for almost 4 years. I will not buy another pair. a company should stand behind their products and shoes are supposed to have a 6 month warranty! this company did live up to what they advertise.
Terrible customer service. Misleading claims about shipping policies. Very poorly run company. Avoid at all costs!
Poor customer service. Cannot contact corporate offices. Poor product. Products misrepresented. Items manufactured in Taiwan. Do not waste your money or time.
have better customer service for their customer. They really dont care !!!!!!!
