Insurance dispatched this company to tow my disabled vehicle. Was given a 60 min ETA. They claimed to have arrived in 30 minutes, but I admittedly was not in place. After that request was canceled and another request was created, i again had a 60 min ETA. I sat by my car for 1.5 hrs before calling insurance. They informed me that the company had CANCELED due to lack of equipment, but I was not informed in any way. Very disappointing. Im not even sure if they came the first time.

Horrible service. He doesn't care about his customers. Never use his services. This guy is a joke.
