Was very impressed with Dr Cox he was very informative and attentive. Would recommend him to everyone.
IF your looking to have a procedure performed by this guy, please get a second opinion, with your actual test results as he will and HAS performed surgery that was not needed based on disregarding findings of said tests. We have been to a multitude of specialists since this "needed" surgery to try and have things corrected and they have all looked at the tests surgery was based on and said that there was nothing found, why was this performed? Little man syndrome or incompetence.
Awesome. Dr. Cox and his staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am in and out in the time I was scheduled. All procedures were thoroughly explained to me before hand.
Knowledgeable, great “bedside manners”, handles sensitive subject matters with empathy and caring attitude. All the staff is AWESOME! One of the few places you would find a pelvic physical therapist. Highly sought after professional. Sometimes non urgent matters have to be scheduled out a few weeks.
My experience with Dr. Cox was excellent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone with a colon problem. I was able to get an appointment quickly due to a cancellation, and waited under ten minutes before I saw Dr. Cox. His bedside manner was considerate and comforting. He listened to me, and was able to provide a diagnosis quickly and professionally.
Dr. Cox helped my mother with her hemorrhoids she had lived with for over 20 years! He explained that all too often women live with them after childbirth thinking its normal when in fact, its not! His staff is great and super friendly. Clean and calming waiting room. Dr. Cox is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he is doing! Would highly recommend him for such a private matter!
250,000 people injured or killed a year in Texas by bad doctors tort reform Protects doctors like Dr. Cox.They can hurt you &you’re screwed.nothing goes on their record. my experience with this doctor was horrific.Pushed out of the hospital three hours after surgery with complications he Wouldn’t address. Nearly impossible to get in with him.. when I finally did my last apt. They cancelled last min because I had a remaining balance.would not discuss my complications then kicked me out of practice
Very poor treatment by staff. Dr. Cox was great however tried to schedule surgery after first visit and called FIVE times over three weeks with NO reply. They warned me that repeatedly calling would delay a response. I was in pain and bleeding. They could have just told me they were busy and I should go elsewhere instead they just kept promising a return call that never happened. Totally unprofessional. Scheduled surgery with another surgeon the same week!
i highly recommend Dr Cox. He has performed all five of my colonoscopies throughout the years. His bedside manner is very pleasant and he cheerfully answers any questions to put your mind at ease. His office staff is thorough and organized.
