I had a semi-emergency. When I called, the staff worked me into the schedule for the next day. I was taken back on time and saw Dr. Cox shortly after. He explained everything in terms I could understand and answered all of my questions. Everyone at COPE was professional, helpful and kind.
I have been seeing Dr. Cox since 2012; with periodic rechecks. He always makes you feel comfortable and explains everything. So appreciative of him and Gina, and the staff.
Needless to say when I was told on December 2019 that I had a life threatening situation , I was very afraid. I was recommended to see Dr. Cox. After speaking with him, I was confident that I had the right doctor. I had his full attention, listened to every question and made sure I understood his answers. He did the operation and when the biopsy came back, he called me immediately after speaking with the pathologist to give me the results. I had my procedures done by Ms. Gene and Dr. Cox. They both were really professional and made you feel really comfortable. They both explained to me in very details of what they were going to do and what I would expect after the procedure. Today was my last one and it went very smoothly. Thank you

I found Dr Cox extremely professional and kind. He put me at ease by explaining my situation in very simple language. Also, as he performed an examination on me he explained what he was going to do step by step before he did it. I will definitely refer other people to him.
