I suffered from fissures and hemorrhoids for 2 years before visiting Dr. Cox. My primary doctor could not treat me or refer me - it was hell sitting in bathroom. I am so glad I found this facility. Dr. Cox and Gina first treated my hemorrhoids with utmost care. I got better but when the symptoms reoccurred I took PT from Carmen and within few sessions she retrained my bowel. I am symptom free for 11 months and am very thankful to everyone in this facility on this thanksgiving day.
First visit! Was impressed with office staff and very pleased with doctor. Would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Cox performed a colonoscopy on me on Wed, November 14, 2018, at Lone Star Endoscopy Center in Southlake, TX. I have been a patient of his for several years, and this is my second such procedure with him. I have nothing but praise for him as usual, but because this was my first experience at this facility, I want to focus my comments on it. Everyone at this facility was totally professional. Thanks to Marti, Marlet, Maybelle, Tina, Anna, Kimmie. All were wonderful. Thank you so much.
Dr. Cox is very professional and delivers excellent care. I highly recommend him and his assistant.
My experience with Dr Cox before surgery and after surgery gave me complete confidence in the quality of his care. I am doing very well as of today, 4 weeks after colon surgery
He Severed my urater during what should have been a routine surgery for him. He didn't give me adequate pain medication for the pain I was in, told me I probably only had a low grade infection which he would not provide antibiotics for and he told me not to go to the ER. I waited until I thought I was going to die and by that point an ambulance needed to be called. He then went behind my back texting and contacting my other doctors without my permission. All of these facts are proven.
Dr. Cox and his staff are the best. I highly recommend
Dr. Cox was a blessing to me. He was sensitive to my issue and the pain it was causing me. He scheduled the surgery right away and made me feel at ease that I was making the right decision. His staff is exceptional. I would recommend Dr. Cox to everyone.
Dr Cox and staff were very adept and capable of handling my medical problems. I recommend them very highly
