Had my kitchen carpet cleaned and it can get pretty dirty. Carpet in the basement also. Both looked fantastic and dried with a couple of fans in about 8 hours. Chris was very courteous and did a great job! Also had a small area in my livingroom carpet stretched to get a bumpy ridge out. The area looked perfect when Dave got done. Pricing is very reasonable with Dr. Clean.
Chris did a great job cleaning our carpets and took great care in setting up his equipment. He took all the time he needed and made sure we were satisfied. The fee for Dr. Clean was very reasonable and we are sure to use them in the future. Thank You Chris!
First, calling to set up the appointment was easy, informative, and quick! Day of appointment, Chris and Jason called in advance of their trip and arrived as expected. They were very respectful and pleasant to talk with when explaining their process of the duct and vent cleaning service and throughout the time spent. Wow-what a thorough and awesome job they did at cleaning my carpets! The men who did the job were very professional and efficient-it didn’t take long at all. I am definitely going to be using their services again!
I called Dr. Clean to come and shampoo my rental property and they were able to get me in within a few days. They were super reasonable and the guys that came were very professional and kind. Before they left they gave me an estimate on another job I’ve been needing to get done. These guys are my new go-to for carpet cleaning. Super happy I found them!!
