Such a good company! Easy to schedule and I appreciated that I was kept up to date via text. Our guest room carpet is older and had pet stains, it now looks as good as our new carpet! I would recommend the tile cleaning as well. Totally exceeded my expectations and our house has never looked better.

I was planning on replacing the carpet in our new home so I put off cleaning them. But for the holiday season I decided to spend the money to at least get them looking ‘a little’ nicer before we replaced our flooring in the Spring. I've hired Dr. Clean several times in the last two years. Great service, great results. They even extracted water from basement carpet after heavy rains in July. Definitely a 5 star rating.
I'm probably like most people when it comes to calling a carpet cleaner. But when I made this call and explained what I needed done Randall explained all the process to me. I was needing my family room # mancave � cleaned due to we have a cat. There were no urine stains but I just felt do to the cat going from box to the room area I wanted it clean.
