I like Dr. Bartlett but not giving the patients urgent appointment is really disappointing. Why would someone wait for a month to see her doctor. The receptionist doesn’t have a sense of empathy of how urgent someone needs to see their doctor.

I have been to over 6 ENT's over many years, from Victoria to Vancouver and have always had mixed results from experiences to finding solutions that would be helpful for my sinus issues! I have never had any problems at this clinic and have found Dr. Bartlett to be knowledgeable and willing to try various options for me, initially from my ear issues to my chronic rhinitis, allergies and such and after not having any significant results, he recommended me to a clinic in Vancouver for a procedure doing something called the Cla... read more
