I came in a few months ago and was diagnosed with a punctured eardrum. I was told to come back in four months for a checkup. During that entire time, I continued to experience the same symptoms, and it was clear something was still wrong. At today's follow-up, the doctor examined my ear for less than a minute and declared it "healed" despite my symptoms clearly saying otherwise. I was initially referred to another ENT who was so bad he shouldn't have a license. Then I was told 'oh, they re all terrible here'. Not so as I saw Dr. Bartlett today. He is knowledgeable and skilled. The best specialist I've ever seen and I see 5 different ones for various ailments. A pleasure now that I have a great ear specialist.
I like Dr. Bartlett but not giving the patients urgent appointment is really disappointing. Why would someone wait for a month to see her doctor. The receptionist doesn’t have a sense of empathy of how urgent someone needs to see their doctor.

I have been to over 6 ENT's over many years, from Victoria to Vancouver and have always had mixed results from experiences to finding solutions that would be helpful for my sinus issues!
