Consistently late with appointment times, either by overbooking or coming in late from running errands. Been here about 15 times which equals about 5 hours in my time being wasted. Will not return.

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Yes

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

I was very impressed. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel that my concerns were important. I was feeling hopeful after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment.. She gave me a lot of helpful information as well as the treatment.
