The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
I like Dr. Chu Chen. He is very sweet and caring when dealing with my daughter. He has seen her from Age 1 mo. through 18 months so far.
