I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family recently had at this office. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. As a nurse, I know that if any of my colleagues spoke to patients the way the medical secretary spoke to my sister and mother, they would be fired. Some people simply don’t belong in healthcare. The care my sister received was also unacceptable. Love the Dr's and all the staff. Very caring office.
I have been coming here my whole life since I was born two incidents happened yesterday which I am not happy about. I brought my daughter to the doctor cause she needs to get checked I asked for water and the girl with blonde hair and glasses said yeah never said she going to get me my drink so I was looking for cups to grab for my daughter so she can use the bathroom since all this girl does is croshe behind her desk ! Rude and unprofessional. My kid was given a needle shot and it punctured a blood vein too deep that he had to go for hospital checkup. Doctor and nurse were not worried and not concerned. I switched to another place. Please avoid this place. It's unclean and not good.
