Poor diagnosis and not able to understand the issue after referred by PCP.

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for about 5-6 years. First it was just routine check ups. Then it became a concern with pre-skin cancer. The spots were easily treated with freezing them away. Then it got a bit more serious where a spot hadn’t to be removed and biopsied. It came back as consistent with pre- Basal cell cancer. I brought my son to Dr. Williams to get him started on an acne treatment. She walked in, approached him, and after only 3 seconds, she stepped back and just said 'Yeah'. She didn't look closely with a light or do any other examination during the appointment. She addressed her medical assistant about the treatment plan without discussing it or sharing it with us. I have seen Dr. Williams a couple of times now and every time she enters the room, she just has the best, friendliest energy. She is super kind, intelligent, and has a good sense of humor. I really enjoy having her as my dermo. I highly recommend her. I struggle with eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. I even did allergy testing with her, and she was very informative about the process. Overall, Dr. Williams is awesome, and I would recommend her to anyone.
I am very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Williams and would not recommend her as a dermatologist. It was clear to me that she was rushed, failed to listen to what I had to say or clearly answer my questions. I had recently been ill with a strange cold that must have caused lesions on my skin which mimicked measles and was referred by my primary care physician to Dr. Williams. Very thorough.
Dr. Christy, and her assistant Sarah, were wonderful. I couldn’t have been happier. They are friendly, thorough, thoughtful and very professional. They answered a deluge of my questions, and I never once felt uncomfortable with what I asked, or what I mentioned. The office staff was all great, and the facility is top-notch. Would highly recommend this practice! :-)
