I’ve been seeing Dr. Williams for quite a while and never had a negative experience. My latest appt, she saw a suspicious spot and removed it. It turned out to be Basal Cell Carcinoma. Having lost my mom and sister to cancer just hearing that word scared me. I got teary eyed and she took the time to assure me that I would be okay. Very empathetic and caring. I have another spot that’s concerning and I got an appt right away. Can’t say enough about her. She’s the best!!
Dr. Goos is very knowledgeable and thorough. Very pleased with exams he has given to me and to my husband. Nice, new facility in Wolfboro, NH with many services available.
Poor diagnosis and not able to understand the issue after referred by PCP.
was the fastest exam I ever had, I felt rushed I was back out the door within 15 minutes
I had a growth on my hand and they were able to see me quickly due to a cancellation. The biopsy was done and everyone was professional, kind and friendly. New building and all is very clean. Great first experience.
I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for about 5-6 years. First it was just routine check ups. Then it became a concern with pre-skin cancer. The spots were easily treated with freezing them away. Then it got a bit more serious where a spot hadn’t to be removed and biopsied. It came back as consistent with pre- Basal cell cancer. Having lost my mom and sister to lung cancer, just hearing that C word crushed me. Dr. Williams was so kind and patient explaining the type of cancer it was and put my mind at ease. She has such a ... read more
I went to visit Dr. Muz and after just a few minutes of consult tried pushing an experimental medication on me (that he brought into the room with him before ever seeing me). Told me there we no concerning side effects and then asked if I was on birth control with no other comment. Told him I wanted to research the meds and he didn’t like that answer. After coming home, I saw that med had very bad side effects that were potentially permanent, and would contract my birth control. Also prescribed my husband a medication that c... read more
My father and I both sought Dr. Muz for treatment. My father had a large moe on his face that was infected. Dr. Muz removed it within minutes and gave clear instruction on how to care for it. The skin healed within a month.I tried to remove a small blemish on my neck with a chemical solution advertised online and it caused harded skin for two years. Dr. Muz explained the cause of it and injected a solution into it to help soften. It healed miraculously. Within a month the skin was flattened and now about a year later the lig... read more
I brought my son to Dr. Williams to get him started on an acne treatment. She walked in, approached him, and after only 3 seconds, she stepped back and just said 'Yeah'. She didn't look closely with a light or do any other examination during the appointment. She addressed her medical assistant about the treatment plan without discussing it or sharing it with us. Dr. Williams didn't answer our questions, didn't explain the side effects, and didn't say anything about the next steps regarding follow-ups or expectations. After s... read more
