I met with my primary care doctor because of a skin issue that had greatly swollen my eyelid (TMI, I know, but it explains the urgency). He was hesitant to treat me because of the severity and proximity to my eye. He recommended I see a dermatology specialist. I called my dermatologist, Dr. Williams, and was told that it would be 6 weeks! When I explained that I couldn't open my eye, I was told there was another doctor available in 2 weeks. Not acceptable. You can find better. Keep looking.
Dr. Williams is very personable. She has a great sense of humor and helped my son relax during his examination.
