Dr. Zonfa is very nice. Unfortunately I came in as a new patient with a concern. He did what he thought was going to help me but ended up making my front tooth not straight with the other. I called the next morning to get in quickly to fix the issue. The staff member I spoke with put the office manager on the phone who was extremely rude. When I came in, she had an attitude with me as soon as I walked through the door. Zonfa apologized about the situation, fixed my tooth, and made sure I was happy with it. I'm a long time patient of Dr. Zonfa. My latest visit I found the office receptionist to be very polite and professional, over the telephone when scheduling my appointment. Once I arrived, I noticed just how tastefully decorated the lobby was for the Holidays. I was quickly called back by his dental hygienist who very polite and extremely courteous.
