Zero stars!!!!! My 87 year old father had a heart attack on his exam table. He drove himself there and walked into the office. While being examined by this Dr he exhibited all signs of a heart attack and verbalize fear to the Dr himself and Dr Joncas walked out of the exam room and asked his assistant to take his blood sugar, which was in normal limits. Chritina nurse practitioner at Dr Joncas‘s office in Fall River at prima care. I went there the other day with an issue. She came in so polite and generous explained the issue right away what it was and what it could be and we were talking back-and-forth of how to resolve the issue and what I would need to take and what kind of medication‘s that I would need to take two choices she explained everything thoroughly very outgoing nurse practitioner. Dr Joncas is a wonderful physician.I had an eye infection,and his office fit me in the next day. Not only did he diagnose and treat me with an antibiotic, but he sent me to a specialist ASAP the next day. My family and I are so privileged to have him for our primary Dr. His staff, especially Diane,Sheila and I believe Beth are extremely helpful. Dr Joncas is knowledgeable,caring and takes care of his patient with much compassion.
Dr Joncas he is a good Dr he takes his time to explain what’s going on and also listen to any questions that I have to ask him great personality and also his medical assistant Lori also has a great personality.
So blessed…. Dr Joncas has been my primary physician for the past 6 years! He and his NPs (Terri & Christine), medical assistants as well as the clerical staff are superb! I am extremely satisfied with the care they render! As a matter of fact, my husband & daughter are now both under his care, as well!! None of us have ever had to wait for a ‘sick’ appointment.
