Had my revision, lost 10 lbs in 8 months. Practice closed down lost 1 year of nutritional counseling and the ablation and procedure have not worked one bit. Lost $$$ and left to figure it out
I am completely in shock with this practice. I had the Orbera Balloon placed in April, received the letter in June saying that Dr. Christopher Mcgowan will be stepping down, emailed NP Tiara Payne in June asking who will be taking over and removing the balloon. She replied saying that I should hear shortly with that information. I originally gave this clinic a 5 star review but that was before they abruptly closed 2 months after my procedure. The cost of this procedure was expensive and out of pocket and it was supposed to include a year of MD followups and dietician appointments. They closed 2 months after my procdure, are refusing to refund any money and are unreachable by anything other than an email address.
