Dr Jones obviously cares about his patients, he takes the time to understand your issues, before recommending proper treatment. Very professional and a outstanding doctor!
Aptitude and attitude are what make a superb physician. Dr Jones excels in both.
I was seen by Dr. Jones PA, Sarah, at two appointments. She was very professional, knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and explaining various conservative treatment options. On my third visit I met with Dr. Jones who reviewed my recent MRI results and was very professional in explaining my scan, the issues with my shoulder injury and continuing treatment. Having worked in health care I am very aware of patient rights and responsibilities and feel very satisfied with this physician and his staff.
My visit with Dr. C. Jones was a very informative one.
Compassionate yet direct about pluses and minuses of having surgery. Included non-surgical option ; unhurried and a good listener Who answered all my questions
I was seen by a previous Ortho that made me feel stupid for questions I had, as well at my primary doctor and my physical therapist had. Once I met Dr. Jones, I felt my questions were answered, without dismissal, and understood. I'm a former athlete with a knee injury and felt he can relate to my stress of mental health. I'm excited to continue working with him to resolve my issue
Dr. Jones team is amazing. His PA is super nice and was always helpful. After going to the office for around a year I met Dr. Jones once. My last appointment (ever) was when I met him. As a younger person (early 30s) I have some health issues and lots of pain. Dr. Jones told me that I need to "work through the pain" he suggested more physical therapy even though I did close to 4 months of physical therapy. He is a sports medicine doctor. He is definitely not a doctor for patients who are obese and truly has no understanding of persons with eating disorders. I walked out feeling less than human.
Dr jone replaced my left shoulder and I have been well pleased with it. Now I am getting ready to replace the other shoulder. He explains everything well and I know everything I need to know when I leave his office. I would recommend dr Jones to anyone.
