Had my first rt shoulder replacement mid Jan 2021. The surgery went great I really wasn’t in pain, once I got a few kinks worked out with aftercare, I surged thru recovering in no time. I’ll be 78, working physically, just left his office yesterday, 6 mo ck up, and working on getting left shoulder scheduled, is this man great or what ?? that’s a YES, Thank You and your staff for caring, Respectfully
Dr. Jones is an excellent surgeon. He replaced my left shoulder about 2 years ago and my right shoulder earlier this year (2021). Both my shoulders are now useful and operate as they should. He has given back to me my shoulder mobility. I have no pain from either shoulder. My recoveries went very well as did my physical therapy. Dr Jones performed a rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder almost 1 year ago today. I put off surgery for so many years as I heard horror stories about the process and the recovery. Dr Jones changed all that for me. He had fixed my wife’s bicep tendon tear the year before and was so great with her that I decided to give it a try. Dr. Jones replaced both of my shoulders, and one was a reverse shoulder replacement. I couldn't be happier with each of the results. I have great movement and strength and 6 months after each surgery almost no pain. He is a very careful surgeon and adapts the situation as it presents itself after surgery is begun. I couldn't be happier with my results!
This is an updated review with 5 stars. Dr Jones was thorough in his examination of my shoulder and recommended conservative action, a careful cortisone injection guided by ultrasound, before considering surgery. Thankfully, six months later, the shot has still ended my shoulder pain. Also, thankfully, he recommended I have my cervical column examined, after considering symptoms down my arms. I am a very active individual. Running, hiking, pickleball, biking and skiing are what brings joy to my life. After years of being a marathon runner and four arthroscopies I was told by two orthopedic surgeons I needed to have my left knee replaced.
