Everyone in Dr. Manson's office is pleasant, professional, & on time. If there is any discrepancy or I needed help with any paperwork for insurance, leave, or last minute scheduling they have been on top of it & accommodating. I have a slight infection from post surgery & worked me into their schedule to get it checked. They are in constant communication with me either via their internal communication app or by phone. From the start, Dr. Nanson & his team have been very attentive & engaged with my treatment & recovery. Both Dr. Nanson & OSI have remained in contact via phone & their Get Well Loop app they use. Any questions I've had sent via the app have been answered quickly (within an hour). I cannot say enough good things about this experience. In today's business with customer service lacking, Dr. Nanson & OSI are a breath of fresh air in providing top level customer service.

I have been extremely impressed with Dr Nanson and his team. From my first visit, through my surgery and follow-up, Dr. Nanson was available to address any questions or concerns I had. In addition, I received daily e-mails explaining what to expect during my recovery and asking how I was feeling. I would highly recommend Dr Nanson to anyone needing knee or hip surgery.

I’m very pleased with my experience with Dr. Nanson and his staff. Everything went smoothly, from start to finish. During my initial visit, Dr. Nanson helped me understand my options. Once I chose to proceed with surgery, all matters related to insurance, scheduling, and pre-op prep were taken care of by his team. Surgery and post-op recovery have gone exceedingly well, and I’m very happy with my new hip!
Extremely professional experience. Was very nervous at first however the whole staff from the front office to the surgical team were top notch. Dr. Nanson was the surgeon who did my total hip replacement. All I can say is that his simply the best and would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of this procedure.
He is absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever had!!! I’m 78 so I know what I’m talking about!
