My experience was excellent. I had fluid build up on my left knee. Dr Dipasquale extracted the fluid. He informed me that I may have arthritis, he then sent me with specimen to the lab I now have minimum pain. Thank you Dr. Dipasquale.
The customer service was awesome from check in to check out. The provider was knowledge in his craft and provided recommended treatment plan with full confidence of future results, thus offered a follow-up appointment to gage progress.
He was very polite and understanding about about my feelings about my situation. No hassle or pushy but concerned.
Always a professional staff. My questions and concerns were answered. Follow up appointment made before I left.
SMOC is great to deal with. As of late I’ve seen Dr Dipasquale, who is awesome. He is very thorough and generally cares. The wait times are reasonable and it is always a pleasant experience.

Asked me what I wanted done with my painful swollen knee.. was going to give me steroid shot and I asked about drawing off the obvious fluid Said he could and then did , did not like how fluid looked and needed diagnosis from obici before he could do a steroid shot. Was not very friendly and seemed unsure of what to do. Stated he did not do something patient did not want to,do but did not approach the problem with options . Did not feel at all confident in him. My visit was a waste of time and a LOT of money. Nothing was done for me that had not been done at Patients First, who referred me. In fact, Patients First did more. They put a bandage my ankle which took a lot of pressure and pain off. This office threw the bandage in the trash can and sent me out with nothing on my ankle, and now it is pain at a level it wasn’t before.
