Getting an appointment is impossible. No one calls you back after you leave your information on the recorded line and there is no opportunity to speak to a live person.I have been trying for a week! Prior to this week, I did get a live person and she left me on hold for 45 minutes until I finally hung up.Since then I only get a recording that says some garbage about "normal business hours" Well if 10AM or 2 PM is not business hours, then WHEN???
Since I changed my phone number, I haven’t received any scam messages. I only use my new number for banking and government-related matters. Unfortunately, I gave my new number to this clinic, and ever since then, I’ve been receiving daily scam calls pretending to be from the clinic—even though I’ve blocked dozens of these numbers. I’m convinced that someone at the clinic sold my phone number.

He is an excellent doctor!! And staff are so kind and sweet
Took my mom to see Dr Chu, despited the fact that we arrived 30 mins prior to her appointment she was seen 2 hours late. While she was getting an echo cardiogram and was exposed from the waist up wearing just a paper vest that didn't cover much the door to the room kept opening. Dr Chu walked in with multiple students including a male and never once asked if we were comfortable with that. He communicated with the Cardiology students the entire time rather than explaining to us what she had going on. I can't imagine what else... read more
