I am Malaysia Speight and I am 13 years old. My experience was beyond amazing. The staff were so sweet from the moment I walked in. When they called me back for the procedure. They had it all prepared and that made me feel very reassured and that everything was going to be in good hands. When I woke up, a female assistant helped me walk to the recovery room. Got me in and out for an extraction. Pleasant as possible for a tooth being yanked out of my head
I just used Dr. Smith for my son’s wisdom teeth surgery and again I’m pleased with the care Dr. Smith has given my children.
I count myself pretty fortunate to get 67 years old before I had to have a tooth extracted. Having taken my wife to the same clinic and same doctor twice in the past two years I pretty well knew what the routine would be. However, to my great amazement and appreciation, the pain was minimal, the nausea was nonexistent, they treated me well. It was over with quickly and they checked on me later in the day. I felt like they have a good customer service routine baked in.
