My pediatric referred me to Varsity. I must say they got me in the same day for my 9 year old daughter. Dr Quatro & staff were professional.
I came here by a referral of my Doctor. The experiences was great!
She is a very unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. If you do not buy a product supplies from her office, she will give a very bad attitude. She will asking you, " where are you going to buy it at the grocery store?" She is a unbelievable person, doesn't have any feelings toward others. She is so bad that, all her staff quite at the same and when she got a new staff, they do not know what to do and they made so many mistake. Do not recommending any one to go here.
As an active duty in the Marines, I came to Dr. Quatro, for my daughters fractured wrist. TriCare made a mistake about my network status. The clinic took care of my daughter, and the Manager Chris help me straighten out the insurance while I was there. He called TriCare and they fix the error. I could not be appreciated. Great Service!
Honestly, I am being generous leaving one star. I will be completely honest and say I saw this Dr back when I was 12 and I am now 30 and still traumatized from my experience with Dr. Quattro. I had a compound frature in my arm. She first saw me in the emergency room where she stuck a meta rod in the area where my bone was sticking out and her statement was she had to make sure my arm was broken.... Also, removed my stitches with her finger nails... Horrible..
My experience at Dr. Quatro's office was great! I will be recommending her to others.
She is nice but doesn't take time to explain. Her staff rotates quite a bit. We waited 2 hours 45 minutes today. Be prepared.
They put a JOKE of a cast on my daugher's arm. Then they charged me to re-cast it. Billing told me they would take care of the charge, and then six months later I get a bill. And guess what, the entire staff has changed over and no one remembers our situation or agreements.
She is horrible! Took my child there 7 months ago. Paid via credit card at the time of service. Received a bill 8/23/2016 saying that i owe the entire bill. I called and spoke to a new manager. She asked me how did i pay i said credit card she then said rudely that she was only asking because the office has had an issue with missing payments! TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS YOU JUST DONT SAY!
