I took my daughter in for a fractured toe. We came out with a water proof cast, a shoe, and $300 out of pocket. Everyone I have ever seen with a fractured toe has told me that they never have had to put it in a cast. This doctor did not even talk about other options. And they pushed the water proof cast on me which is not covered by insurance. My child was having an anxiety attack after the appointment and when I asked them to take the cast off, they said to give her antihistamine. They denied my request. So, I had to go in ... read more
Treated our son for knee pain, which turned out to be a fracture on his femur. Her insistence on him bearing weight on his leg caused additional fracturing, almost completely breaking his femur. What should have been a 6 week recover has now turned into surgery with steel plates, screws and bone grafting. Orthopedists at UTSW, Scottish Rite and Baylor Dallas have ALL told us to NEVER see her again--for ANYTHING!!!!!!! We are BEYOND furious.

Dr. Quatro is an excellent doctor. With three children in sports, we have had multiple visits with her. Each time, I am impressed with her ability to connect with my child, explaining everything as she goes. She is knowledgeable and skilled. I trust her abilities and value her compassion for her patients.
Great experience! Kind, knowledgeable, helpful from the receptionist to the X-ray tech, to the doctor and physical therapist. I felt like each person listened to me and gave my son great care.
Love this doctor and staff. They are always helpful and listen to their patients. Everyone takes time to get to know their patients. Can't say enough about this practice.
