Dr Jung mis-represented her services before I saw her. I have informed her/her office that I am a new patient and wanted to check if she accepts Medicare and can perform Welcome to Medicare Visit suggested by Medicare. After my visit with her, she billed Medicare using "New Patient" that resulted me some out-of-pocket costs that I don't need to pay if she used "Welcome to Medicare Visit" for her billing.
