Office staff worked hard to get me an appointment quickly after several delays with insurance approval. Dr Vissers explained my condition, listened to my concerns and answered my questions with patience. Definitely would recommend this provider,

I had appointment at 1:15 and was late because I got stuck in road construction butI called to let them know. I waited I. An exam room for a bit and had to go to restroom. WhileI was in thereI think Dr Vissers came to exam room then went to ext patient. That was ok with me but what I couldn't understand was why I wasn't seen until 4:45 and not aword was said to me. Did not drag out the care to just get the money and left option of surgery up to me if I just wanted to continue injection for my knee.
Listened to me and was concerned about my situation. Great staff.
Easy to make the appointment at time I wanted, quick checkin, short wait time in office, friendly staff. I'll be back!
He was conservative enough to not immediately run me to surgery when I broke a foot and the opposite ankle at the SAME time. As much as I'd like it fixed right now(nurse), he's encouraging and understanding.
