I would give it a zero rating if that was an option. This is a fraudulent practice that takes advantage of Medicare and elderly who can’t understand what their Medicare is being charged for. They send a non medical personnel to people’s homes and not only charge for a doctor’s visit but charge for services that are not even rendered. I have verified that this has not been an isolated occurrence. I don’t know what goes on in the office but please look at your EOBs and be aware. I brought the lady under my care and Dr. Otiko did a good job of removing her ingrown toenail. Everyone in this clinic is very accommodating and friendly and they even give shoes. We’re glad found them online!
