I suffered a throbbing gum pain for 2 months and scheduled a deep cleaning with Doc. Nina Yu 2 weeks ago. It was very gentle, I don't even feel the pain during the cleaning. I like how she communicates with me with very soft voice and clear instructions on how to take care of my gums. It's been two weeks now since I did it and I can feel that my gums improved a lot and it's healing. Staffs here are friendly too.
Dr. Chona Yu and staff are amazing!!! I had 3 month gum bleeding and visited previous dentist 3 times. It was helping and last times pre vious said Salty water gargle without checking it. Dr. Yu is TOTAl Different!! When Dr. Yu touched my gum at inflammatory site, my pain was released. She let me know how to brush and take of my gum. I felt she never mind to to touch a patient gum!! I’ve been going to this dentist since I was a baby. My whole family goes to her even my aunts and cousins so come to my surprise when she gives us false information about insurance and is now refusing to take our calls. No explanation, no call back, nothing. It’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and hurtful. We’ve been with her basically 20 years and instead of being a decent person to us she completely ghosts us. If you want a genuine caring environment while you’re in a dental office, this is your best choice. We’ve been coming here for more than 15 years. Very clean and comfortable facility. Knowledgeable, caring , friendly staff. We highly recommend Dr Yu’s dental office.
I’ve been here three times already and I will definitely go back. The staff are very friendly and the service was great!
