HORRIBLE place. They will FIRE the patient if they don't like something about the person. Maria the manager is terrible. Doctor Fan you will loss good patients because of her.
I don't know if this is the norm, but this doctor doesn't display, to me, any compassion whatsoever, when speaking to her re: a health issue I've had for a while. She has given me numerous prescriptions for the same issue, which should have been eradicated with no more than 2 prescriptions, as I've been told. Time to search for someone that really cares.
Had been a patient for 10+ yrs and complained 1 time about the length of time to wait (2 hrs+) and I am "fired" as a patient. The staff is pretentious and act as if it is a honor to be at their office. MONEY is their objective and no refills because they want you to have to come in every time, when insurance states they could provide refills up to 3 times. HORRIBLE doctor’s office now…very disappointed but fortunate to have a better doctor office now.
This is without a doubt the worst Doctor's office I have ever been to in my life. The doctors an nurses make no effort to get to know their patients or be knowledgeable about their history. The staff are condescending and down right rude. They conduct tests don't give or post results. They schedule appointments just to get simple medications refilled, then make you wait for up to an hour claiming that you were a "work-in" when no such discussion was had at the time the appointment was made.
Hands down the best GP I’ve ever been to. She was very informative and kind. She explained any question I had and did it with a smile. She even took my daughter to get a treat to calm her down while I was getting an EKG. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Fan is a very caring doctor. She cares for each and every patient. Very cost conscience and knowledgeable.

terrible doctor! charged me for referrals ($100 per ) and overcharged for the visit! Blue Cross informed me as well that what she charged me for the visit was not reported to my insurance as part of deductible. she is awful!
DR grace fan is a great family doctor, she listen carefully and finds the right treatment rather it be medicine or home remedies . She is fast to send labs etc. The staff is very nice and polite. They schedule appointments fast and the wait time is less than 1 hour. The clinic is clean. I have not had a bad experience with Dr grace fan, all my health visits have been treated in the correct manner.
