The staff is rude, if you complain about the wait time, the staff says that I should find another doctor. Now Dr Fan is not available until October, now it is only 20 JUN, and there is no one who could see me while she is out just for a physical. I was thinking about finding another doctor for some time now and this is the last drop. I am definitely looking for another PCP.
I appreciate Dr Fan for not prescribing drugs as the first recourse but encourage a healthy lifestyle and diet approach. When I had a severe eczema skin issue, she prescribed both an immediate and long term treatment plan. I have seen many doctors on this lifelong issue but she is the first and only one who was able to explain the root causes well. Doctors like her are rare. Her approach is one of genuine care and does not come from fear but from grace, just like her name!
I would not recommend Dr. Fan to anyone. Without going into specific detail about my condition, she caused a trip to the emergency room for me when she recommended a specific treatment that exacerbated my condition (a condition that she was well aware of, and it should have been obvious to any doctor that this would worsen my condition). This has been my first visit. Dr Fan is amazing. She has great bedside manner. She was very attentive and thorough. I can tell that she truly cares about her patients. She gave me great advice and did not rush me at all. The staff was also great. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. Over all my experience was very positive. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for a good doctor.
During my visits I never feel rushed and Dr. Fan does a great job at answering all of my questions which helps motivate me to improve my health. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m content with my service here and would recommend this practice to others.
I am very happy that Dr. Fan is my family physician. She is thorough, listening to what I have to say, and responding with treatment(s) recommended by the latest scientific studies. Her staff is very professional and pleasant. Scheduling an appointment is easy and follow-up is complete.
I found Dr. Fan really knowledgeable & not pushing to add more & more medication to the patients. Actually from the first visit she asked me to reduce the dosage little by little. I will recommend Dr. Fan & will ask new patients to feel free to go to Dr. Fan. Be patient for the first visit because it may take time to enter new data. My wife and I have been a patient of Dr. Fan for many years. She is an incredibly smart individual with one of the best bedside manner you could ask for in a healthcare professional. She will take the time and address all of our concerns and will not rush to get you out of the door. She will often think outside of the box to approach a treatment plan that is suitable for each situation. We would highly recommend Dr. Fan for our friends and family.
