Dr. Moore, and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive to your personal concerns, especially Dr. Moore, who listens to her patients, in my experiences does not just brush you, or your questions off, and in my opinion wants her patients healthy, whole, happy, I am excited that she is my physician, Thank you, and your staff for caring.
I have been with Dr. Moore for some years now, she is always attentive and thoughtful regarding my care.
Dr Cheryl Moore is pleasant, patient, warm, and accommodating. Dr. Moore takes the time to listen to your concerns, questions and inquiries about your health. I find it very important that she will take time to find information that is not available concerning your health and care and replies as quickly as possible. You don't find that often! The staff is always pleasant and professional and gives the senior patients extra attention.
The office was very welcoming and clean. The staff was nice and efficient. Dr. Moore was great she listened and was very patient with me I didn't feel like she was rushing me. I love the fact that you don't wait long to be seen and the doctor takes the time to listen to you.
Dr. Moore has been my primary care physician for over 25 years. She cares about her patient's health and overall well-being. It is hard to find a doctor that shows the level of concern that she has for her patients. I have and will continue to refer family and friends that are looking for competent and compassionate care.
Dr, Moore is a great doctor. She takes time to explain things to you, where you can understand what's going. I have recommended Dr, Moore to my family and friends.
I like Dr. Moore, I feel she listens to me and my problems and tries to help me with feeling better. However the wait time can be terrible. The first time I went I waited 1.5 hours to go back into the exam room and another 30 minutes until I actually saw her. Total time from the time I arrived until I left was 2.5 hours, which is unacceptable. The next couple times were much better. They seem to be constantly canceling appointments and trying to reschedule them a month later which doesn't work.
Have not had to schedule an urgent appointment. Do not like how appointments are scheduled. It is very difficult to speak with someone in the office. The prompts make me cray!
PRO: Dr. Moore is very thorough with exam. Does not appear rushed. Takes the time to answer your questions. Takes an interest in your overall health care including prevention. Willing to refer you a specialist as needed. CON: Extended wait time during office visit.
