Update: On this last call, over 6 months ago, I knew there was a leak somewhere in my duct work, but the older guy who cleaned the coils on my unit said he checked twice and didn't find any leaks. 6 months later I had to have some plumbing work done & the plumber found the leak, all the way at the back of the house. Paid someone else to fix it and will probably not be doing business with these folks again, ever. So very disappointing.
