I have seen this Dr. since I was 16, I am now in my early 30's and still continue to see Dr. Potter. I really have enjoyed her, she has delivered both of my boys, and preformed my Hysterectomy. I would recommend her to everyone. The front office staff is not on my top choice list at all, very short and can come off a bit rude.
at our #1 appt. Amy gave us a diag & treatment plan & told us to come back in a week & Potter would see us. #2 appt. Amy said come back in a week & see dr. potter. #3 visit i finally saw dr. potter who gave me the same wrong diag & would have sent me away had i not insisted on finding out what was wrong. i had taken off work 3 days & paid $75 in copays. Dr Potter is a brillant physician. She is confident, knowledgeable and tough as nails. When needed more gentle and compassionate. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
