At the beginning they insisted I come in as soon as I found out I was pregnant for a “pelvic exam”. Upon arriving they said “congrats, you’re pregnant”, charged me, and sent me on my way. By 30 weeks I was still occasionally seeing the nurse practitioner. One visit I would see the doctor and a potential issue would be identified, the next visit I’d see the nurse who had no idea about my previous visits and would ultimately ask ME if they had given me medicine or if additional tests needed to be done. When I called to express... read more

This place is ridiculous. I'm a minor and there is a doctor-patient confidentiality agreement yet she broke it and told my mom when i asked her not to. I was not infected or pregnant so i hope Dr. Potter loses her license, i'm talking to a lawyer now without my mothers permission because i have the legal rights to confidentiality as a minor. I would NOT go here.

I agree this place is a joke . I had heard that they were always running late and you end up seeing a nurse practicioner most of the time, but tried them anyway. I really did NOTt need the surg they recommended after a second opinion!!!!

Dr Potter is amazing! I had a very difficult pregnancy and she did everything she could to keep me comfortable and healthy. She did one of my c-sections and my tubal and I couldn't ask for better results. I would recommend her to everyone!

I like Dr. Potter and Amy. However I have not really had any health issues to be concerned with. She recommended a breast imaging specialist for my mammograms and from there I have been quite comfortable with that recommendation as something has been found that I need to take care of.I used to have heavy periods too but 3 yrs ago I had an ablasion and SO glad I followed Dr. Potter's suggestion as a choice I had to take care of it.

i can understand the bad rating. i came to her one time because i was having extremely heavy frequent cycles and she diagnoses it as PCOS. Not to mention she was rude and didnt have the ability to understand. i dont know what it is. you would think a woman would make a better obgyn but they dont. this doctor literally caused me to develop a phobia of gynecologists. my advice is to never put your health in the hands of the yellow pages.

This place is a joke. The staff is so very rude, on the phone and in person. They don't have a clue what they are doing. #1 I came in for a preg test, they called with ovulation results, so I had to wait even longer. #2 I had already miscarried and I came in to get checked for my hormone level, they called with a “you’re not preg” results. Very insensitive. They mixed up my phone information while I waited 4 weeks for test results. They filed my insurance claim incorrectly. My last lab work couldn’t even be explained to me o... read more

Dr. Potter has treated me, my sister, my daughters, friends, and a lot of my extended family for years. She is fantastic! She has delivered all 3 of my grandkids. Amy, her P.A., is great, too! Highly recommend her!
