LOVE, LOVE, LOVE DR POTTER. SHE IS A BLAST! I THINK OF HER AS A FRIEND MORE SO THAN A DR. SHE IS BLUNT AND HONEST, BUT I APPRECIATE THAT. SHE TRUELY CARES ABOUT EACH PATIENT AND I FEEL SHE REALLY TAKES IN EVERYTHING I TELL HER. HER OFFICE STAFF AND NURSES ARE ALWAYS SO WELCOMING....I ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO GOING.
Dr Potter is very judgmental. I saw her while pregnant and after miscarring. She told me because of my age and past I should have a hysterectomy because no man would want me anyway. I already have baggage and had an abortion under certain circumstances that weren't hers to judge anyway. She has no compassion. I had just been divorced and then she. Has the audacity to judge me and put me down. Plus her associate did an unnecessary uterine suspension on me. Not a reputable practice.
Business response:
Caring for a patient with a loss of pregnancy is heart breaking. I do my best to explain the medical side and the emotional side of the loss. I always explain that there is nothing the patient did or didn't do to cause this. We discuss options and almost always end the visit with a hug and I have cried with patients. I have never said any of this person's accusation's. Dr Potter and her nurse Amy are great. I will never go to another OBYN. Dr Potter delivered both of my kids and I had no problems whatsoever with my pregnancy. Even though I have moved from Rowlett, I still drive back to Rowlett / Rockwall to my appointments just to still go to them. I would recommend them to anybody.
I cannot recommend dr. Potter enough! I went to her with fertility issues. I had to start off with the basic pap smear and then we got straight to clomid. Unfortunately, clomid did not work for me, but she did recommend me to an RE. Paps are normally very uncomfortable, but it wasn't this time. I love her and her staff. Even though I have to go to another dr, it wasn't her.. It was my body. I will continue to always go back to her for any of my obgyn needs! Thank you Dr. Potter and staff!!!
I love Dr. Potter and her staff! She has delivered all three of my children. Her and her staff have always catered to my needs without hesitation.
I have had a very complex and high risk pregnancy. Dr potter has been very attentive, caring, and knowledgable every step of the way. She has been working in conjunction with my specialist, which she sent me too who is also amazing, and they have worked together to meet the needs of my sweet baby. She made rude comments int the delivery room. The front staff is always dismissive. I did not trust her so I went to get a second opinion and wish I had changed doctors.
was so helpful and friendly. She made me feel amazing and like my son was a huge deal. I had a high risk pregnancy but Dr Potter got him here. 10 lbs 9oz. She was someone I looked forward going to . I loved the whole staff!
Dr. Potters bedside manner is poor. The office staff is very rude.
