Dr. Chayne E. Coston and the front desk team very unprofessional regarding patient care for treatment. Before my appointment Cigna Dental Care Insurance had already called them regarding patient procedure code. I came in for a root canal absolutely terrified. I’m talking full-on anxiety before even sitting in the chair. But Dr. Chayne Coston completely changed the experience for me. From the moment the procedure started, he was calm, professional, patient, and incredibly reassuring. I had a root canal performed by Dr Coston on Friday. Several days later, I developed severe throbbing pain, visible facial swelling, and escalating symptoms that required after-hours intervention from my regular dentist. My concern is not simply that I had pain after a root canal. This is my third root canal so I understand complications and flare-ups can happen.
