We had two appointments for today with Dr. Brown and when we showed up, we were told that our appointments were canceled. They told my husband that a message was left but when he told them that he never received a message they said the mailbox was full. How is it possible that a message was left if the message was full? I even recieved text messages for arrival check ins. Management at this office is subpar and I will not be returning to conduct any business with them.
