Not sure about others experiences but i have been seen by Dr. Stotler for many years and always treated very good. Dr. Stotler and staff are always attentive and caring.
Never had any issues with scheduling or the staff. Read others reviews and can't agree with their assesments. Highly recommend.
Will refuse to call in medication if you don’t make a payment on a bill that they should have informed me about at the start of treatment
While the Dr is very kind, his staff is they opposite. They are quick to dismiss patient concerns over the phone, and even lied about the service the doctor could provide. Other health care professionals had to call, and they too found the staff rude and dismissive. Really a shame I could not recommend this office as long as that staff is in place.
