I visited Gen Life and Dr. Mahl after a car accident in early 2025 for dextrose prolotherapy injections to my cervical spine. I had two sessions in May 2025: one for 2 bilateral segments and another for 3 bilateral segments, all using dextrose solution. The prolotherapy injections completely took away my neck pain, after the first 1-2 weeks of having slightly increased pain, which Dr. Mahl had warned me about prior to the procedure. Excellent every time. Cares so much. Clearly has patientes best interest at heart. Solved my shoulder pain with the minimal amount of treatment possible. Helped 3 other friends after.
