I had a difficult time navigating my teen years; Dr. Lowery provided me with a lot of encouragement and did his best to help me break out of toxic mindsets that I carried. As an adult who later went on to study psychology, I am grateful for the time spent as his patient and for the the positive impact he made on a young kid that just needed someone to believe in them.
