This occurred just over a year ago, and I just recently received a bill after a year, prompting my review. I had an acupuncture appointment at around 9:30 that morning and had to work at 11. This was my second visit at this facility. I went in for a 20 minute session, and she must have forgotten to set the timer to check on me.
