From the start all employees go the extra mile. Very clean waiting area and examine rooms.
Dr. Hanson is ON POINT! His knowledge is observably present and offers exceptional listening to the patient experience- which is so not common for many surgeons. He has been comforting and impressive.
I’ve never been to a doctor’s office who cares more about insurance than this place. Every appointment you need to show your insurance card. Doesn’t matter if you were there for surgery a week ago, the front office wants to see it again. They’re fairly unhelpful up front and won’t see you if your insurance card is old.
