Extremely rude and condescending doctor. She will make you feel stupid & uncared for. Stay away from her.
I was a patient of Dr Yang and under her care I felt as if I had to advocate for myself when I was starting to experience discomfort. I was 37 weeks pregnant and went in for a routine ultrasound and non stress test. When the ultrasound showed no movement, Dr. Yang had me on the stress test for two hours before sending me home. She explained that my baby was not showing movement and was not active and that was a concern but not enough of a concern to induce. I was told to come back the next day for another test. She said “Som... read more
Awful nurse named Dana. Dr. Yang has a good bedside manner and seems like a good doctor. But being a busy obstetrician she has turned over a lot of patient care to her nurse Dana. Dana is a disaster. I tried for 25 days to get a prescription refilled with multiple calls and voicemails. Dana, who took Dr. Yang‘s calls and voicemails, claimed the voicemails were not received. Later Dana claimed she spoke to me on the phone about the prescription. She’s either a lier or completely crazy. Later Dr. Yang took a pelvic and sent ti... read more
At 30 weeks I began experiencing intense pain and saw multiple nurse practitioners (They just fit you in for whoever is available) who dismissed my symptoms as nothing. The group didn’t connect the symptoms I was experiencing and it lead to the development of HELLP Syndrome that was advanced. Dr. Yang was great with delivery and post care. However when I returned a year later to talk about the next pregnancy the nurse admitted they were “running behind” and hadn’t read the chart. I truly believe it’s the reason I delivered e... read more
Dr. Yang has been my physician for several years. She just did a total hysterectomy on me 3 weeks ago and I could not have asked for a better physician. I feel better than I have in years and healed up so fast. She is wonderful and I would tell anyone that they should see her before having anything done.
I was a GYN patient of CWH so I decided to use them & Dr Yang in my 1st pregnancy. I never felt connected to the team members & our wait was almost an hour in the waiting room for every visit. They never seemed to remember us and by week 30, I had only actually met with the dr a few times (most visits were only with a NP). At 31 weeks, my pregnancy was transferred to high risk & resulted in premature delivery. I always wonder if the outcome would have been better had we been followed closer.
Dr. Yang delivered baby number 2. She was wonderful and calm in the delivery room. I wanted to go into labor spontaneously and she understood and did not push an induction. I ended up being induced at 41+2, completely my decision. If we have another baby I will definitely have her as my OB!
Dr. Yang is incredible! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is easy to talk to and is always nice and friendly. I feel completely comfortable with her and her staff.
