The first appointment cost 1.8K. He doesn’t accept any insurance so you have pay out of pocket. They need your payment otherwise they dont book your appointment. When i talked to their finance person, she said we do what work for US only. Patients dont matter
During my first visit with Dr. Nezhat I had no doubt that I was in excellent and highly capable hands. He is incredibly thorough and has a warm and comforting manner that puts you at ease.

i travel over 100 miles each way for my visits. i met dr nezhat as a recommendation for a complicated surgery. i was not disappointed. everyone in the office are professional and comfortable to be around.
This practice is so efficient and professional but also personal and warm. Every person in the office is pleasant and attends to every detail to provide excellent care.
I'm 4 years post severe stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis excision surgery. I was a total disaster before my surgery and Nezhat was amazing and got me on a path back to functioning in life. This is the doctor to see for (gyn /pelvic /hormone) severe problems. So if your case is severe this is where you want to be - with an absolute expert. Everyone is not an endo expert (even when they think they are) so do your research and understand what's going on in your body to know what surgeon you need in the operating room.
I have seen Dr. Nezhat for more than 25 years. I consider his care and advice the best of care. I like that it is a very personal practice and they know me and I know them. He had recommended other providers for me and all the doctors were excellent.
After having an emergency hysterectomy in my mid thirties, he has been by my side, helping me control my hormonal imbalances (& much more) ever since. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He is now the first Dr I call when something goes wrong. After my Covid vaccine, I had a horrible reaction. After three other Drs could not figure it out. He did.
