By far the worst experience I have ever had with a health care provider. More than once my labs were sent to out of network providers. Because of this I was responsible for the cost of labs. I contacted the office, and they told me they never check to see if someone is in network or not. They said that is typical practice. My doctors in the past have always used my in-network providers.
