After finding out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to deliver at Greenwich hospital with an affiliated OBGYN. Dr. Violi came recommended from multiple friends that used her for their own deliveries. She is an experienced physician within the field and mother herself and felt that I was in more than capable hands throughout my pregnancy. I was also able to have a successful vaginal delivery with a baby over 9 pounds. If you are newly pregnant and seeking a gynecologist, consider joining her practice!

It was time to take my IUD out and get a new one put in. They told me that I had to order the IUD myself I don't even know how to do that and I can't order a medical device as I am not a doctor I am a college student. I have never heard of an office making the patient order their own medical device. Then to get the IUD they told me that they needed to see a negative pregnancy test. But I had to go out and buy the pregnancy test myself and then send a pic of the negative result to the office because they don't have any pregna... read more
I recently welcomed my baby girl into the world and am so thankful to Dr. Violi and her team for all that they did for me in my pregnancy journey. The office is full of warm people that are so helpful, even when you have a million questions like me. Dr. Violi has such a calming presence - it is great during such a crazy time in life! I always felt like I was getting the best care for myself and my baby.
Dr Violi is a wonderful ObGyn. I read many reviews before choosing an Ob. She was the third office I tried. The office staff, nurses and ultrasound techs are so kind and thoughtful, genuinely excited about your pregnancy. There is a direct line to the front desk - so you can reach them right away any time you have a question or want to make an appointment or payment. They are also prompt on email response. Doctor Violi helped delivered 2 sons for me. For my first one, I suddenly started bleeding like crazy and Doctor Violi persuaded us to choose c-section immediately when my husband and I still wanted to try a vaginal birth. She quickly came on-site and talked us into risks of delaying the c-section as the placenta might have dropped and the baby may run out of oxygen. Dr Violi is an excellent doctor. She is thorough, experienced, and also possesses a wonderful bedside manner. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains things carefully. All of her staff is kind and professional as well. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Violi, Lisa, and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! Any questions or concerns I've had so far have been met with care and respect. Working with Dr. Violi and the team left us with a lot of ease and confidence in this first-time pregnancy. We also feel as though our choices are heard and our needs are being taken care of.
