Doctor Violi is my doctor here in Greenwich as I just delivered my first baby. Not only is her office an incredibly welcoming space, but her team of nurses and staff are friendly and took such wonderful care of me. I was able to meet with Dr. Violi every single visit, something my friends said they never had with their doctors, and she put me at ease every time. I ended up switching to Dr. Violi at 22 weeks pregnant. My experience has been amazing! The staff at the office are so friendly and warm. Dr. Violi is always so responsive and always available when you need her. I would highly recommend.
Everything about Dr. Violi’s practice is amazing. On the recommendation of family, I went to her for an IUD removal that turned out to be a little bit challenging. Her calm demeanor was reassuring the entire time and I knew I was in good hands when I became pregnant with our first baby. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Dr. Violi and her staff is! My friend (who gave birth to three healthy babies) recommended her and I am so happy she did. Dr. Violi and her staff were so welcoming, answered all my questions at any moment and just made you like apart of their family. I was able to give birth to a healthy boy and Dr. Violi just provided a very hands on experience (vs the OB’s with rotating doctors). Do not hesitate to go here- you will be so happy with this decision!
I highly recommend Dr. Violi. Under the watchful care of her team, I carried my dream baby almost to term. She expertly diagnosed my preeclampsia just shy of 36 weeks, referring me immediately to the hospital where she oversaw my emergency c-section leading to the birth of my healthy baby boy. He is thriving and my care by Dr. Violi continues as I heal and launch into motherhood. I highly recommend Dr. Violi.

Dr. Violi delivered my second baby this year after I had a traumatic first birth in another state only 13 months prior. We moved to the area when I was 24 weeks along or so. Dr. Violi was calm and reassuring, and gave me so much confidence that my baby and I were not at any elevated risk for c section etc despite recovering from a third degree tear that resulted in hemorrhaging and serious blood loss with baby number 1. Dr. Violi and her team provided my baby and me with incredible care during my pregnancy. She is extremely cautious and thorough, which I greatly appreciated after birthing my first 2 children in NYC where my doctors seemed overloaded with patients and often aloof. I had a minor complication in my third trimester and she made sure my baby and I were watched extremely closely for the remainder of my pregnancy to be sure we were both healthy and safe. Five stars all around!
After finding out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to deliver at Greenwich hospital with an affiliated OBGYN. Dr. Violi came recommended from multiple friends that used her for their own deliveries. She is an experienced physician within the field and mother herself and felt that I was in more than capable hands throughout my pregnancy. I was also able to have a successful vaginal delivery with a baby over 9 pounds. If you are newly pregnant and seeking a gynecologist, consider joining her practice!
