Front desk staff is extremely rude, and Dr.Leip has a ton of reviews on multiple platforms with people giving their same experience. She either doesn’t care or knows Pomona Valley Hospital will continue to give her business. Nonetheless I don’t recommend and will never take my baby back to that office. They make you feel like worthless and like a transaction.
Our child was born at Pomona Valley and she was assigned to us. She never gave him a physical not even once. She came and left within 60 seconds and refused to acknowledge our concerns. Our baby had deformation that would’ve been easily spotted by a doctor if she had given a physical the way she was supposed to. She never even laid a single finger on him.
I don’t like this doctors office there’s never anywhere to sit they forgot to give my kids there flu shots and I called to find out if my kids were up to date I. There shots and they told me yes and they were not
Dr liep is super sweet and such a wonderful dr, but her staff is extremely rude! I had walked into the office and was standing there to sign in for about 5min waiting for them to finish there unprofessional conversion, they saw me waiting btw and completely ignored me then finally asked me if I had a question , I told them I needed to sign in and she rudely grabed the clipboard and slammed it in front of me then turned her back without saying anything.
Dr liep is a good doctor but her staff is really rude and look like they hate there job she should change her staff
Dr. Liep is super friendly and sweet. I love how she is with children. Her staff, on the other hand, is not very friendly. It seems like they hate they're job or something. I seriously think they need new staff, one that actually like working with people.
Office staff are lazy, unpleasant and rude.
She's an amazing Dr but her staff isn't. One of the girls from there gives me attitude almost every time I go. But I like the DR.
Dr.Liep is amazing always willing to answer your questions and concerns. She is the best. Her office staff on the other hand is a different story.They are rude & disrespectful even if you are polite & courteous to them.I asked a simple question & received a very condescending answer in response.It is the holidays & they'd been closed since Christmas eve for 4 days & had only been back an hr before I called & again the following week for new years makedabsolutely no sense.she needs new staff..
